Analyzes stakeholder requirements and defines objectives for advertising. Being an Advertising Coordinator develops audience targeting and strategy. Organizes assigned project tasks and timelines that ensure on-time delivery of projects. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator incorporates processes to ensure advertising quality, consistency, and effective branding. Coordinates with vendors to design and deliver promotional materials aligned with marketing campaigns and events. Monitors campaigns and analyzes performance to make recommendations or recalibrate based on results. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. At The Collier Companies, the Digital Advertising Specialist will be responsible for market research and analysis, splash image management, ILS and PPC auditing and management, search engine auditing, invoice management, and management of BI.

Day to Day:
• Strong skillset in building & managing websites
• Manage and update PPC ads
• Prepare digital marketing plans for new development communities
• Establish, monitor, and manage all ILS accounts
• Establish, monitor, and manage Google My Business Pages and PPC accounts
• Analyze all digital marketing performance and deliver clear and concise reporting and recommendations as needed, but no less than monthly
Your Skills & Requirements:
-Website Development: Expertise in creating & managing websites to improve the look and feel of The Collier Companies web presence.
-PPC Ads: Expertise in creating and managing prospecting and retargeting (Search, Display, and Video) Google, YouTube, and Facebook Ads campaigns and interpreting data from Google Analytics to refine strategies.
-Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
-Data Analysis: Utilize your strong analytical skills to dissect campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
-Optimization: Continuously optimize advertising campaigns, including keyword optimization, to maximize ROI and drive business goals.
-Display, Search, and Video: Proficiency in crafting compelling display, search, and video ad campaigns that align with our goals and audience.
