Daily Responsibilities As An Entry Level Enrollment Representative:

• Educate and qualify consumers on the fundamentals of our services, products, and packages
• Effectively great and enroll members to appropriate plans, based on member's needs and eligibility
• Seamlessly navigate difficult conversations with customers and demonstrate empathy and discretion around confidential information
• Meet the performance goals established for the Entry Level Enrollment Representative team in the following areas: effectiveness, efficiency, consumer satisfaction, and conflict resolution
• Must attend meetings and training to remain current on all communicated changes in process and policies/guidelines
• Maximize use of community services, support programs, and resources available to customers
• Propensity to quickly build rapport and respond to customers with courteousness and with a sense of urgency

Qualifications For Our Entry Level Enrollment Representative Position:

• High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, i.e., Enrollment Representative, Sales, or Customer Service
• Must be able to report on-site first day of training and have reliable transportation
• Talent to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, determine immediate requests and identify the current and future needs of consumers
• Proficient problem-solving techniques to quickly assess and resolve issues swiftly
• Empathetic and compassionate demeanor in high-stress scenarios
• Adjustability to change and passion for completing any task with total effort
• Trustworthy and dependable with confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
