·      The team members we are looking for should:

o  Love working with and building relationships with other people & businesses in their territory and/or community.

o  Have a record of success in Digital advertising sales, Print sales, Phone sales. B2B sales or all the above.

o  Have a record of success in consultative sales and territory management.

o  Be capable of building and maintaining relationships with local businesses

o  Be able to set your schedule weekly for contact with prospects both new & old over the phone and in person to promote advertising that would best benefit the client.

·      Our Sales Rep Requirements:

o  Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or work experience in a related field.

o  Experience in sales.

o  A commitment to excellence in sales & service to our clients.

o  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o  Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both team members & clients.

o  Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

o  Competency in Microsoft applications & CRM applications.

o  Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
