Compensation
Our pay structure is very competitive and performance-driven. Expected first-year earnings of $57,000-$68,000 with lots of room to increase. A good sales rep will bring in long-term earnings of about $100,000 or more in their third year and there is the opportunity for continued growth. There are 617 faces in North Miami. The role offers a minimum guaranteed salary of $50,000 for the first 12 months while getting established in the role, with the main incentive to earn more with sales results. Position Overview
Based from your home office your role is to find advertising clients (mostly small businesses – dentists, restaurants, real estate agents, lawyers, etc.) through networking and cold calling (both in person, over the phone, and through email). At an average of $129-$179 per month for a 1-year agreement, including the cost of artwork.
