About Travel Retail

Travel Retail Americas oversees all Travel Retail operations across the Americas (over 900 points of sale) including airports, cruise ships, airlines, downtown duty-free stores, and border stores.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Responsibilities:

• Build the Baseline Sell-in Forecast construction per product on a monthly bucket for 18 months horizon.
• Challenge and consolidate the promotions and launches sales forecasts projected by the Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Ensure the global sales forecast consistency, through the building of a consensus between the commercial forecasts, the financial trend and the sales history. Aiming at a reasonable forecast accuracy.
• Ensure general management sign-off.
• Be responsible for the catalog management and contribute to its rationalization.

WHO YOU ARE

Required Qualifications:

• Years of Experience:
  • Minimum of two and a half years of experience in roles requiring skills on data analysis, communication & presentation skills; as well as to influence & collaborate with stakeholders in different levels of the organizational hierarchy.

• Skills (soft and hard):
  • Communication & Presentations skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Solid analytical & mathematical mindset.
  • Capable of influence & collaborate with stakeholders in different levels of the organizational hierarchy.
  • Agility, Innovation, and Continuous Learning.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Time management.
  • Project management.

• Education Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent. Ideally, Engineering or equivalent degrees demanding skills on data analysis, math, statistics.
• Technical Skills:
  • Solid knowledge of MS Excel is a must.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI/Power Query is a plus.

• Languages:
  • Professional proficiency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degrees : Ideally, Engineering or equivalent degrees requiring skills on data analysis, math, statistics.
• Soft Skills if applicable: Communication & Presentations skills, Solid analytical & mathematical mindset, Project management.
