Our business is located in Harrisonburg, VA and provides aerial application of agricultural products as a service to farmers throughout the state. A candidate should have interest in agriculture, strong work ethic, the ability to pivot and problem solve as this work is weather dependent and is constantly dealing with new in-field challenges. Candidates should also understand that given the nature of custom application work, we are at the mercy of the weather. When conditions are good, long days of work will be expected; when weather does not permit application, the workload will be significantly reduced.
