– Daily ticket import/application – Account reconciliation
– Issue settlements – Intercompany reconciliation
– Invoicing – A/R statements
– Contract entry
– Freight checks As Needed:
– Accounts payable vouchers – Maintain discount and storage tables
– Accounts receivable posting – Customer service inquiries
– Mailing/filing – Customer reports/internal reports
– Deposits – Manage office supply inventory/orders
– Maintain onsite hardware/software
