Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Interior and exterior livestock facility maintenance
• Electrical, plumbing, light construction, demolition, welding, etc.
• Snow removal and yard maintenance
• Large equipment and farm machinery operation
• Manure application during the spring and fall seasons
• Maintaining a day or night shift during manure application season
• Light vehicle maintenance
• Routine equipment checks

Compensation

• Hourly wage: $18.00/hour
• Discretionary year-end bonus (driven by performance and profitability)
• New Hire Referral Program: $250/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
