Responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies. Explain how to purchase and maintain insurance. Expound on the types of insurance available. Help clients understand the risks of insurance and identify ways to reduce risk. Estimate personalized premiums. Write policies and renewals. Outline keys considerations when purchasing different types of insurance. Help clients understand the concept of policy value. Communicate how to use policy benefits, discounts, endorsements, and rider options. Oversee customer service issues. Qualifications: 1 years of customer service experience 1 years of agriculture experience 1 years insurance sales experience 1 years farming experience Licenses / Certifications required: Driver’s License Insurance Producer License Crop Insurance Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience Schedule: FT Hours of Operation 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Location: Onsite Pratt, KS 67124 Benefits: Medical Dental Vision Paid Time Off 401K
