Aides Supervisor - Home Care jobs in Austin, TX

We are looking for the best Caregivers / PCAs / HHAs / Sitters / Companions in the Bastrop, TX and surrounding areas, to work in East Austin, Bastrop, Smithville, La Grange, Giddings and surrounding areas, at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and looking to start as soon as possible!

Schedule: Part time (Flexible schedules)

Base pay: $13-$18 an hour

Special requirements: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home CAREGIVER MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

Caregiver / PCA duties include:

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
