**Must be willing to cover 5 surrounding towns and have transportation to the areas & a smart phone**

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide care to patient within a home setting
• Monitor and report changes in patient's symptoms or behavior
• Provide personal care
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping
• Assist with ambulation
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Companionship
• Bathing and grooming assistance
• Oral care
• Dressing assistance

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications

• HHA/CNA certificate.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or CNA preferred
• Ability to build rapport and communicate very well with the patient
• Good organizational skills.
• Valid MA driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
