Open Positions

· Caregiver Companions. No Certifications or experience necessary, but must have a passion for caring for seniors is required. Ideal for students, retirees, and professionals that would love to earn while making a difference.

· PCA (Personal Care Aide)

Homewell care Services offers.

· $17.00/ Starting Pay. Mileage reimbursement.

What do we offer out clients?

Care is split into 3 categories, you get placed based off of experience, certifications and availability.

Companion Care|Homemaker

· Our Companion Caregivers are like one of the family, keeping a watchful eye, providing companionship, and ensuring a quality homelife environment. [Lighthouse keeping, meal prep, laundry, grocery shopping, assistance to appointments]

Basic Care

· When a client can no longer accomplish the basic tasks of daily living without assistance, our caregivers provide home health assistance to improve daily life. [ Companionship/Home making services Hands on] Ex: Showers [Bed bath showers included] Toileting/Changing depends, Grooming/Dressing, Med-REMINDERS]

Specialty Care [ Companion Basic Specialty care]

· When advanced health conditions require more specialized care, our home health aides are tailored to meet specific needs and ensure the clients comfort and quality of life is met at every shift. This includes:

· Dementia care

· Transfers

· Bed-bound care

· Peri-care/Incontinence care

· Feeding

· Transportation services

· And more, depending upon specific needs.

Job Requirements:

· At Least One Year of Caregiving Experience

· HHA or CNA Certification Preferred but not required.

· Reliable Transportation

· Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License / Valid Car Insurance [ If your shift requires Transportation]

· Cell Phone with Internet Access | Ability to clock in and out of an APP yourself.

· On-Time and Reliable

· 2 Professional References | 1 Personal

· Willing to Learn New Skills & Complete Paid Trainings

· US Citizen or have US Work Authorization
