The Aides Supervisor - Home Care supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with activities of daily living such as but not limited to:
· Assist clients with personal hygiene, meal preparation and feeding
· light housekeeping to include client's room (s) bathroom, kitchen, and keeping all areas neat and orderly
· Assist clients with walking, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs,
· Assist clients in and out of bed, excluding the use of mechanical lifting equipment unless trained and documented as competent,
· Assist clients with self-administration of medications and reminders,
· Washing client's laundry to include personal clothing, bed linens, and towels
· Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance to Case manager
