Aides Supervisor - Home Care supervises a staff of Home Care Aides who provide and support patients with personal care. Schedules home health aides for patient visitation and work assignments. Being a Aides Supervisor - Home Care monitors the quality of care performed by the home health aide staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Aides Supervisor - Home Care typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Aides Supervisor - Home Care supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Aides Supervisor - Home Care typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes. Direct Care Staff (Caregivers) assist adult individuals with their daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.*
Lifesteps offers steady, part-time hours working 24 hours per week!* Shifts for this position are Daylight 7 am to 3 pm and Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm.
We also offer Part-time hours with flexible scheduling to fit your needs. You can work Mornings, Evenings, or Overnights. Or a combination of any!
Full-time hours are also available.*
No experience necessary! Paid training provided!*
Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals welcome!*
Position Requirements:*- 18 yrs. or older
- Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required
