Collection Specialist - Full Time & Part Time Positions Available

Bonded Collectors of Wisconsin, Inc. is currently seeking a Collection Specialist to join our team!

A Collection Specialist’s daily tasks include managing consumer accounts, setting up payment arrangements with consumers and assisting consumers via phone.

Qualifications:

All candidates must be computer savvy, detail orientated and should be able to apply learned tasks with extreme accuracy. Also, candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively, listen intently and have the ability to manage their workload to meet deadlines under their own supervision.

-Previous experience in billing, customer service or other related fields is helpful.

-All candidates must enjoy working independently and as part of a team.

-All candidates must be able to work with complete confidentiality.

Hours (Full Time Team Members):

Three days a week 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

One day a week 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Alternating Fridays 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
