Job Summary

Locally owned and operated body shop is looking for an Auto body Technician to join our team. The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years in the Auto body industry and have their own tools.

Essential Duties

• Mend damaged body by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits are to industry standards; remove damaged fenders, panels and grills; and bolts or welds replacement parts in position and reassemble after parts are painted

• Operate a variety of hand and power tools

• Repair or replace defective parts

• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards

• Perform other related duties as assigned relating to, but not limited to washing cars, cleaning the shop, etc.

Skill/Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to effectively communicate with others

• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders

• Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Driver's License (Preferred)

• Twin Falls, ID 83301: Relocate before starting work (Required)
