• Must hold a valid Journeyman License in one of the following states (Alaska, Arkansas, Iowa, Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming)
• Demonstrated experience in residential electrical service and installation & familiarity in codes and installation specs.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot outages and perform routine maintenance
• Pass drug test & background checks.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.

• Take charge of in-home electrical service calls with confidence and professionalism.
• Connect with customers to recommend the right products and services tailored to their needs.
• Educate and guide customers in making the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Present yourself as a knowledgeable professional, building referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and dispatch for seamless business success.
• Keep your work environment organized and your truck fully stocked and ready.
• Engage actively in training, meetings, and events to continually elevate your skills.
• Mentor and train apprentices, ensuring precise repairs and installations.
• Maintain a safe driving record, showing your commitment to safety.
