Aircraft Electrician performs preventative and non-routine maintenance and inspections of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. Uses manufacturer's reference documents, diagrams, and best practices to troubleshoot problems, identify the correct solutions and replace or repair components and parts. Being an Aircraft Electrician conducts quality testing, verification procedures, and required documentation of all completed work. Ensures compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and requirements. Additionally, Aircraft Electrician typically requires an associate degree in aviation electronics, avionics or equivalent. Requires Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Aircraft Electrician works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.   • Yulista Contract Services LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION The Aircraft Painter coats surfaces of aircraft and parts with paint, lacquer, epoxy, resin or other material, using brushes, rollers, spray guns and other devices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The painter uses hand tools, power tools, sanders, paint spraying equipment, media blast equipment, and respirators. They remove old paint from aircraft using liquid paint remover and scrapers or media blast equipment. They prepare surfaces using chemicals and abrasives. Aircraft Painters mask and cover surfaces that are not painted, and may use stencils to paint insignia, letters or numbers on aircraft surfaces. The Painter may read and interpret manufacturers' maintenance manuals, painting equipment service manuals, technical data, and other specifications to perform their job. The painter uses hand tools, power tools, sanders, paint spraying equipment, media blast equipment, and respirators. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a minimum of One (1) year Paint Experience, Aviation Paint Experience is preferred; however, auto body experience will be considered. Working knowledge of Army technical publications preferred Able to deal with stressful situation while maintaining a professional attitude Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances and access as required by the contract. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Aircraft maintenance environment In and around aircraft and ground support equipment, maybe subject to loud noises, exhaust fumes, dust, extreme weather conditions Must be able to work all shifts as needed, shift times/ work weeks may be altered to meet customer requirements with minimum amount of notification. PHYSICAL/VISUAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to safely move about in aircraft maintenance environment. Must be able to sit, stand, squat, walk, and talk for extended periods during shift. Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hand-to-finger movements, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, and reach with arms and hands. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must have the mobility to climb stairs and ladders Regularly required to talk or hear Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
