Aircraft Electrician performs preventative and non-routine maintenance and inspections of aircraft avionics and electrical systems. Uses manufacturer's reference documents, diagrams, and best practices to troubleshoot problems, identify the correct solutions and replace or repair components and parts. Being an Aircraft Electrician conducts quality testing, verification procedures, and required documentation of all completed work. Ensures compliance with all FAA maintenance regulations and requirements. Additionally, Aircraft Electrician typically requires an associate degree in aviation electronics, avionics or equivalent. Requires Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Aircraft Electrician works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job.     We are seeking experienced electricians with commercial and industrial experience. Residential service experience is a plus.

    This position is Full-time and based in the Pinellas County, FL area.

    Qualifications:

    We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Below gives you a sense of what we are looking for, but every applicant will be considered:

    5 years of electrical experience in commercial, industrial, or residential

    Efficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and making repairs promptly

    Experience in the installation of electrical panel systems, conduit, wiring, and fixtures

    Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment

    Journeyman Electrician License (preferred)

    Requirements:

    Clean and valid Driver's License
