Golden Rain Foundation (GRF) at Leisure World, Seal Beach (LWSB) is currently recruiting for a full-time Plumber for our Service Maintenance Department to perform electrical installation, repair and maintenance work in residential and commercial buildings, community facilities and Foundation offices.

Your Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:
•    Full-time, non-exempt (hourly).
•    Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, possible night, weekend, and holiday shifts; your work schedule will be determined in your interview.
•    This position is 100% on-site.
•    Hourly Pay Range is $25.36 per hour up to $34.43 per hour.
The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.

 Position Expectations:
•    Installs stoves, ovens, and bathroom fans.
•    Installs new circuits.
•    Installs indoor and outdoor lighting.
•    Installs phone jacks.
•    Repairs stoves, ovens, and water heaters.
•    Repairs lighting fixtures.
•    Repairs circuits and switches.
•    Repairs telephone lines from junction box to jacks.
•    Repairs dishwashers and air conditioners in community facilities.
•    Maintains streetlights and walk lights.
•    Records time, materials, and related information on Service Repair Orders.

The experience you need:
•    Knowledge of basic residential and commercial electrical installation, repair and maintenance.
•    Knowledge of the materials used in the electrical trade.
•    Skill in operating all equipment and tools used in the electrical trade.
•    Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.

You should be able to:
•    Frequent standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, and reaching.
•    Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds using mechanical assistance.
•    Close and distance vision, depth perception, and good vision are required.
•    Frequent handling (grasping, holding), fine dexterity, and twisting.
