As an Estimator-Project Manager for Schultz Property Maintenance the Estimator-
Project Manager will be responsible for estimating and managing commercial and
residential projects. Responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are
completed on time and within budget.
* Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure efficiency.
* Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, monitoring
project progress, and adjusting as necessary, meeting deadlines, and
maintaining quality standards.
* Conducting regular site visits to inspect work in progress, verifying compliance
with safety regulations and necessary permits.
* Collaborating with installation teams to review blueprints and implement project
specifications.
* Managing project documentation including contracts, change orders, and
providing progress reports.
Additionally, this position will involve scheduling and managing multiple landscape
installations and enhancement crews to include but not limited to:
* Meeting with Clients
* Bidding Projects
* Tree, Shrub, and Plant installations
* Irrigation System Checks
* Retaining Walls

This position will also provide quality assurance on all installations, lead teams of
installation technicians, and coordinate with the administrative staff. Requirements are
