    The position of the MRI Facility Manager is a key role within the organization and focuses on client support and happiness. The purpose of an MRI Facility Manager is to be the go-to client support person with a focus on building positive client relationships and providing an environment that meets client expectations. Facility Managers are focused on client satisfaction and creating the best possible experience with a “client first” attitude.  Facility Managers also take the initiative to identify positive resolutions and stay proactive while working side by side with assigned site crew personnel.
     
    Duties and responsibilities:
     
    MRI Facility Manager responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and creating an environment that Exceeds Expectations! Facility Managers liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of our services according to customer needs. Manages and develops client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable positive relationships with clients. Responsible for leading assigned site supervisors, subcontractors and cleaning crews dedicated to meeting the operational needs of assigned client facilities. Facility Managers are flexible in achieving their work and willing to ‘work outside the box’ and within reason to find immediate and innovative solutions to client needs. Even though you are an MRI employee, you are still working hand in hand with site management as a valued team member of our client organization.
     
    The position requires a high level of communication skills and applicable knowledge, related to working with clients, line staff, and supervisors.
    • Ensures a clean and orderly environment that exceeds expectations and makes our clients look good.
    • Actively involved, Day to Day with Property Management in all facility-related functions. Managing day-to-day communication and activity, reporting with Property Management. 
    • Trains and supports staff in implementing policies, procedures, and safety requirements, while also evaluating performance 
    • Proactively communicates with clients; anticipating clients’ needs and taking quick action to prevent complaints or solve them quickly. Reporting such client needs to assign MRI Regional Manager.
    • Manages equipment and supplies to comply with facility budgets and productivity needs.
    • Schedules special services and completes corresponding work orders to comply with accounting department deadlines.
    • Acts as a team leader and confidently hires staff and/or releases staff when necessary.
    • Deeply involved in managing quality control at each facility, providing monthly on-site MRI QMR quality inspections in conjunction with the client site supervisor
    • Provide follow-up emails to clients after each meeting.
    • Creates a weekly work plan provided to the direct supervisor. 
    • Manages work orders, training needs, scheduling, and payroll reports.
    • Works with company software and management tools such as MRI QMR, Paycom, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
    • Attending scheduled meetings and training sessions with Property Management department leads.
    • Capacity to substitute for absent supervisors and work quickly to fill absent site positions.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Managing Paycom needs, PAFs, hiring, terminations, monitoring punches, ensuring employees are punching in and out daily, etc.
     
     
    Qualifications:
     
    Requires satisfactory working knowledge of all major areas of building facility and janitorial services including, facility management, work order systems, quality control systems, restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation and maintenance, chemical knowledge, safety/employee PPE and SDS.
     
    Qualifications include:
    • Minimum of two years of previous management and training experience
    • Minimum of two years of facility management, supervising crews, systems, and preventative programs 
    • Two or more years of direct customer service 
    • Professional and positive customer communication ability
    • Professional and neat appearance
    • Positive attitude and team player
    • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
    • Valid driver’s license 
    • Possess OSHA training certification and/or able to test for the certification.
    • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing.
    • Ability to travel by plane.
     
    Working conditions:
     
    The position requires working on a computer daily. Requires driving to and from client facilities, walking and lifting 50lbs, at times working outside, kneeling, and crouching. May be required to work nights and weekends. May be required to work out of state unscheduled or as needed.  Maintain shop organization, inventory closets, etc.
     
    Physical requirements:
     
    Position may be physically demanding requiring, sitting, walking, or standing for long periods, and lifting, pushing, and/or pulling heavy objects. Requires driving regularly. 
     
    Direct reports:
     
    • MRI maintenance supervisors, site supervisors, sub-contractors, and cleaning crews as assigned.
