Aircraft Maintenance Manager manages engineering tasks involving changes or alterations to designs or specifications of aircraft parts, modules, or systems to ensure calibration and safety. Implements procedures to guide the routine inspection of aircraft components to facilitate optimal and reliable functionality. Being an Aircraft Maintenance Manager oversees the scheduling and timely completion of repairs and maintenance ensuring budget adherence. Reviews documented issues and reports to determine repairability and evaluates recommendations for replacements, repairs, or modifications to ensure conformance with safety standards and performance requirements. Additionally, Aircraft Maintenance Manager evaluates aircraft data and technical documents and researches new technologies to identify areas to improve practices or processes. Develops internal policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with federal aviation regulations and safety standards. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Aircraft Maintenance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Aircraft Maintenance Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     **Job Description:**

    As an Aviation Operations Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our aircraft maintenance operations. Your responsibilities will include:

    1. **Capturing Images of Aircraft on Delivery:** Documenting and capturing high-quality images of aircraft during delivery processes for record-keeping and documentation purposes.

    2. **Daily Shop Cleaning:** Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop area on a daily basis to maintain a safe and organized working environment.

    3. **Fleet Vehicle Maintenance:** Performing regular washing and cleaning of vehicles, including light maintenance - to maintain their appearance and functionality.

    4. **Aircraft Detailing:** Conducting detailed cleaning and inspection of aircraft following maintenance procedures to ensure they meet quality standards.

    5. **Removal of Interior and Exterior Panels and Furnishings:** Safely removing interior and exterior panels and aircraft furnishings to access areas for inspection, maintenance, or repair purposes.

    6. **Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Maintenance:** Maintaining and servicing ground support equipment such as forklifts, tugs, and vehicles to ensure their operational readiness and safety compliance.

    7. **Additional Duties:** Assisting with other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support aviation operations and maintenance activities.

    **Qualifications:**

    - High school diploma or equivalent.

    - Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.

    - Previous experience in aviation, automotive, heavy equipment maintenance, or related fields preferred.

    - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

    - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    - Must be available to work Monday - Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
