    As a Project Manager you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the Company and Client Site Management; overseeing multiple projects, supervising superintendents, foremen and crews of Journeymen Industrial Mechanics; and developing leads on potential new business.


    Essential Duties

    • Confer with clients, other contractors and engineers to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or industrial maintenance problems.
    • Plan, schedule, or coordinate industrial maintenance project activities to meet deadlines.
    • Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.

    Physical Requirements / Working Environment

    • Main location is at 171 Grill Rd Van Wert, OH.
    • This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday - Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
    • Working environment is often times in harsh elements (hot / humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, etc.) Industrial environments often have exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment / machinery, and other safety-sensitive hazards / risks. Must always be alert and able to safely perform the essential duties of the job without risking harm to oneself or others.
    • While performing the duties of this job, you will:
