Objective
The Night Manager is responsible for ensuring that our Independent Contractors (IC) are providing janitorial and other maintenance services that meet our quality standards and fulfill our client's scope of work. The Night Manager will visit client facilities across Central New Jersey, such as warehouses, distribution centers, auto dealerships, industrial plants, offices, and medical facilities. The Night Manager must be able to exercise good judgment in escalating issues, providing proactive coaching to address performance shortfalls, and be willing to "roll up their sleeves" when necessary to solve problems.
