Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor supervises the maintenance operations of aircraft airframes and engines to ensure safe and reliable performance. Oversees routine servicing and preventative maintenance to optimize the lifetime of aircraft airframe and engine components according to internal procedures, guidelines, and technical handbooks. Being an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor evaluates technical requirements to determine the tradeoffs between the repair versus the replacement of components and the effect on cost and safety. Implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal aviation regulations, standards, and specifications. Additionally, Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor informs and trains aircraft mechanics on current information from manufacturers and regulatory bodies. Coordinates and schedules inspections and follow-up tasks to ensure timely completion. Requires a high school diploma. Requires FAA Airframe (A) and Powerplant (P) Mechanic License. Typically reports to a manager. The Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This is a full time evening, hands on, janitorial supervisor position. This position will typically be Monday - Friday but could also include some weekend coverage. Normal start time is 3:30pm. Some of the cities in this district are: Fenton, Brighton, Ann Arbor and Lansing.
Hourly pay rate: $20.00/hr

Responsibilities of this position include:
-Establishing work standards
-Conducting site evaluations to ensure all are being cleaned and detailed to customers satisfaction, following closely to the scope of work expected
-Performance evaluations for employees
-Orientation and training of employees
-Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality and safety
-Perform disciplinary action: written/verbal as needed
-Fill in for absent employees if/when needed to clean service areas according to Servico Standards (reviewed during training)
-Special work projects as requested
-Cover open shifts
-Working with warehouse to ensure janitor closets are stocked
-Evaluating janitor closets for organization
-Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. canister or backpack vacuum, walk behind floor scrubber, and mopping systems)
-Using various cleaning chemicals
-Able to bend, stand, lift, etc.
-Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours
-Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports and post pictures
-Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled
-Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually
-Able to work with minimal supervision from upper management
-Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Cleaning Duties are but not limited to:
-Basic commercial cleaning
-Mopping and vacuuming (possible floor scrubber)
-Detailing
-Dusting and wet wiping
-Trash removal
-Bathroom cleaning
-Supply stocking
Requirements
Requirements of this position include:
-Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
-Excellent attention to details
-Management and janitorial experience
-Good communication skills
-Positive attitude
-Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and achieve effective time management
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Self–directed
Basic Qualifications:
-High School and/or GED is encouraged
-Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail
-Previous management experience required
-Must have reliable transportation to the job site
