Being an Aircraft Mechanic (Jet) identifies hazardous aircraft conditions and determines when aircraft should not be flown. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Aircraft Mechanic (Jet) may require certification from FAA-approved aviation maintenance technician school. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Aircraft Mechanic (Jet) works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. We are a metal fabrication company located in Copiague NY. We have a full machine shop with water jet and CNC lathe and milling machines. We assist in custom building, reconditioning, and rebuilding stainless steel equipment. A few of our specialties include conveyors, railings, and mezzanines.
We are looking for a full time experienced waterjet operator.
50 hours a week. Salary based on experience.
