We are currently searching for a Dental Payment Poster to work in our Reading, PA headquarters (this is NOT a work from home position). Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. In this position you will be responsible for entering payments and adjustments into our clients practice management software each day, ensuring 100% accuracy. We use a HIPAA compliant encrypted remote access software to log in to a workstation at each clients' office enabling us to enter this information directly into their system to ensure that their info is up to date and current and always 100% correct. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Dental Front Desk experience is required as is a working knowledge of dental EOBs, insurance plans, and ledger adjustments. Computer literacy, a good work ethic and attention to detail ARE REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a variety of practice management software like Dentrix, Open Dental and Eaglesoft, possess a good work ethic, experience with MS Office, and be very customer service oriented. We offer a Capital Blue Cross PPO Health Insurance Plan with employer contribution, Paid Dental and Vision Plans, 6 paid holidays and up to two weeks of PTO after 1 year of employment. PTO can be used after your first 90 days of employment.
Salary range is $15-$18 per hour depending on experience.
This position will work 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
