**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum ofr 5 years experience in powder coat painting and be proficient in using nordson equipment. The role involves contributing to the painting process in a manufacturing setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers

- Apply electrostatic powder using nordson equipment

- Inspect finished work for quality and ensure it meets standards

- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 5 years experience with powder coating equipment

- Proficiency in using power tools such as sanders and paint sprayers

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
