- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
- Apply electrostatic powder using nordson equipment
- Inspect finished work for quality and ensure it meets standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years experience with powder coating equipment
- Proficiency in using power tools such as sanders and paint sprayers
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
