Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results.

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes and cracks, and sanding surfaces

- Mix paint to achieve desired colors and textures

- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes or spray equipment

- Ensure proper coverage and smooth application of paint

- Use various techniques to create decorative finishes such as faux painting or texture painting

- Repair damaged surfaces and perform touch-ups as needed

- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials

- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Skills:

- Excellent understanding of different types of paints, finishes, and their applications

- Experience with hand tools used in painting projects

- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
