Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences, prioritizing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Communication: Prioritize and handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO, draft documents, and manage information flow.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations, ensuring timely logistics.
- Administrative Support: Prepare legal documents, handle personal tasks, and assist with administrative duties.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences, preparing agendas and follow-ups.
- Project Assistance: Aid in aircraft listing information, project coordination, and team collaboration to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and proactive with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in administrative and executive support tasks.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
