Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns - Prepare bills and process payments using cash registers or POS systems - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Experience: - Previous experience as a Server or in the restaurant industry is preferred - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus - Knowledge of food service principles, including proper serving techniques and etiquette - Ability to upsell menu items and provide excellent salesmanship - Culinary knowledge to answer questions about ingredients, preparation methods, etc. - Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.
