Radisson Hotel Pendleton Airport is a brand new hotel located at the airport in Pendleton, Oregon. We are a family oriented company and we're looking for someone who is willing to contribute and work as a part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, balancing accounts, and generating reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in night audit or a similar role is preferred
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong hospitality background with knowledge of hotel operations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
