The job duties include:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Perform vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs
- Generate repair orders and schedule appointments for service
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

```Qualifications:```

-Friendly personality

- Previous experience in automotive repair or related field preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Sales experience, particularly in automotive sales, is a plus
- Ability to upsell and promote additional services or products
- Familiarity with tire service, brake repair, shocks, struts, and transmission is desired

Pay: $36,724.85 - $120,000.00 per year
