$13/per hour plus tips

Service: Each employee will ensure they provide excellent and consistent service through the individual brand service delivery plan.

Duties and Functions:

· Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

· Enter guest orders into Toast® point-of-sale system

· Prepare front of house food items such as bagels, scones, breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, etc.

· Prepare Starbucks brand drip coffee and specialty drinks

· Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner

· Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

· Answer customer questions about menu items

· Assist in banquet room setup and banquet service (breakfast and lunch)

· Assist kitchen staff with prep, food service, and cleaning

· Adhere to all Marriott Bistro standards

· Adhere to food safety practices

· Assist with food preparation and plating as needed

· Clean and reset tables after customers have finished dining

· Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

· Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving

· Ability to work well within a team
