Position Overview: As the Automotive Fixed Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the fixed operations of our dealership, including service, parts, and accessories departments. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in fixed operations management within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for the service, parts, and accessories departments to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring the highest level of service quality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow throughout the dealership.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and mentor departmental managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to ensure the dealership remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in fixed operations management within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of service and parts department operations, including technical knowledge of automotive systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
