Provides strategic vision and leadership to expand quality offerings engaging and supporting Alumni through Alumni Career Engagement. Reporting to the Director for Alumni Career Engagement & Networks, helps fulfill one of the University's brand promises of helping individuals pursue lives of meaning and purpose, which will be accomplished by engaging alumni through career counseling, professional networks, mentoring, webinars, podcasts, and by building a culture in which everyone knows and believes Tigers hire and help Tigers. Ensures that staff collaboratively supports the programs and strategies of each of the Alumni Relations and Development departments and the overarching goals of service to Trinity University students, faculty, donors, alumni and programs.Develops, arranges, manages, and facilitates Lifelong Learning, including At Home & On the Go programming, consisting of 20-25 webinars (approximately ten career engagement-related topics and ten subject-matter driven, academic and current trend related topics) and 10-15 podcasts (focused on alumni career stories, lessons learned along the way, people who influenced and helped them, etc.) per year. Develops and executes of On Campus programming, such as Alumni College, will also occur.
Executes and strengthens, where necessary, alumni mentoring, working with the director of alumni career engagement on stand-alone / flash mentoring at professional network gatherings and seeking to optimize current programs such as 1869 Scholars and Legacy of Excellence.
Implements and trains Regional club leaders (in collaboration with the associate director/regional club staff). TUAAB directors (in collaboration with the senior director for Alumni Relations), and other similar volunteer groups.
Assists with Trinity University Alumni Relations presence on LinkedIn and managing career engagement-focused online applications/software and vendor relationships, represents the Alumni Relations perspective on internal committees, and assists with department events as needed.

EDUCATION
Required:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred:
Master's degree from an accredited institution.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
Two years of program coordination experience in education, non-profit or related environment. Years of experience as an intern, volunteer, or similar experience will be counted.
Preferred:
Two years of experience working in higher education alumni relations.
Experience in career counseling/coaching-related or similar work experience in talent management or selection assessment.
Budget management experience.
Experience producing podcasts and webinars.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Required:
Computer literate with knowledge and ability with word processing equipment and familiarity with data entry and retrieval.
Ability to work non-traditional business hours and weekends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Strong management and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Some knowledge of presentation software.
Familiarity with engagement platforms like Encompass by iModules.
Experience with podcast and webinar production.
Project management skills and experience, including building and implementing project management plans.
