Alumni Affairs Director oversees services for alumni. Builds and maintains alumni mailing lists, oversees mailings and coordinates and plans alumni functions and activities. Being an Alumni Affairs Director may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Alumni Affairs Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. What We Are Looking For
Developing and implementing strategies and programs to enhance Baylor's SSW recruitment and enrollment efforts; traveling extensively to represent the School at professional meetings and conferences; and cultivating and maintaining relationships necessary to build a strong enrollment in social work baccalaureate and graduate programs. This position also supports the mission by aiding students in identifying and expressing their sense of calling and vocation in the world of work following graduation. Additionally, the director is responsible for increasing on- and off-campus events and outreach for constituents of the School, developing a broader array of strategies for communication & interaction with prospective students, applicants, applicant referral sources, and alumni.
A master’s degree, three years of experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A master’s degree, five years of experience, and an active Christian faith are preferred.
This position is going to be in-person at Baylor's Waco School of Social Work location. Applications must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
