GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Alumni Relations Coordinator will be responsible for executing the School’s alumni relations strategy and leading several key initiatives. Reporting to both the Chief Development Officer this is a highly collaborative position, requiring close working relationships with the Head of School, advancement colleagues, and the academic directors and departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in an intellectually challenging, collegial environment. Politically savvy, integrity, discretion and pragmatic consensus building skills required; mature judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information required. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and a highly professional image with the ability to interact with faculty, staff, donors and volunteers at all levels required. Experience with all relevant social media communications and marketing vehicles is necessary. Ability to organize and establish objectives and priorities in a complex organizational environment required. Travel will be required. This position requires someone with a strong commitment to and passion for the mission of Mount Paran Christian School.
