```Duties```

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new items when necessary.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Create employee schedules and assign duties.

- Proven experience in retail management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of sales management practices.
- Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus.
- Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in employee orientation, training, and development.
- Proficiency in handling payroll and scheduling tasks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
