The Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association (WFAA)* is recruiting a Donor Experience Officer (DXO) to join the Annual Giving team. As a Donor Experience Officer with WFAA, you will use momentous giving days, video storytelling, and digital marketing to help annual donors and leadership annual giving (LAG) donors transform the student experience and elevate the work of faculty within the colleges and schools. We are looking for talented innovators to help align how we engage donors with their passions through video, phone, social media, and digital connections.
As energetic, passionate, and digital-first fundraisers, the DXO will leverage modern marketing tools to express gratitude and ask for philanthropic support. This position will support philanthropic priorities for the Chancellor’s Annual Fund. This position is a hybrid role and will require you to work in the office at least two days weekly.
