    This is a part time (20 hours/week) position which requires working one day a week onsite at Benedictine Nursing Center.

    Job Description:

    Provides professional fundraising expertise and management for the Providence Benedictine Nursing Center Foundation with major emphasis on leading annual, endowment, and capital campaigns that will generate significant financial support to help meet the needs of the Providence Benedictine Nursing Center's stated long-range vision, goals and objectives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Related field.

    • Upon hire: In Compliance with the Department of Human Services (DHS), a criminal background check is required for this position.

    • 3 years of experience in annual fund, endowment building, major gift campaigns, grant writing, and public relations.

    • Experience in management or project management

    • Experience with non-profit agencies and working with a board of directors.

    • A history of continued professional affiliations with community groups and organizations.

    • Experience in personal major gift cultivation and solicitation.

    Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

    HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
