Summary of position

The Director of Rehabilitation services provides the leadership, management, and vision to our therapy and reimbursement partners. The Director will ensure the proper operational controls are in place to compliance, accuracy, and the North Shore mission and values.

Requirements of the position

Required Education and Experience

• Current license to practice in the State as an RN, LPN, ST, OT, or PT.
• RAI Certification via CMAC or AANAC desired
• Working knowledge of the MDS assessment cycle and assessment information
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

Preferred Education and Experience

• 10 years experience in therapy services
• 10 years multi-facility experience in a senior reimbursement role
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
