Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in New Jersey seeks a dedicated gastroenterologist with interested in growing into a leadership position to become a key member of the Gastroenterology faculty. You will be involved in upcoming initiatives aimed toward expanding and advancing the gastroenterology unit, as well as making contributions to our established infrastructure. We are looking for a forward-thinking leader who will thrive in our dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to ambulatory care services, with a focus on gastroenterology
• Lead and collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals
• Perform patient care duties, including clinic sessions, scoping procedures, and on-call coverage
• Contribute to the growth of the ambulatory care services
• Opportunity for ERCP and EUS
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Comfortable treating diverse patient populations
• Individuals with at least 3 years of proven experience and a track record of mentorship may qualify for the Associate Medical Director of Ambulatory Care role

Schedule

• 4 days at main location, half-day per week at an off-site location
• Half-day dedicated to administrative tasks
• One week of on-call duty per month

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on MGMA benchmarks, ranging from 50th-75th percentile based on experience and expertise
