This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.SUBMISSION

REQUIREMENTS

• No candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will be considered
• Minimum 24 months of Level I Trauma Interventional Radiology experience - REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• No License Hits - REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first two weeks or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• FLU vaccination - REQUIRED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
• Travel experience - preferred

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
• Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
• Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Certifications (must be active)
• Driver's License

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ARRT
• BLS (AHA)

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Must have active ARRT at time of submission
