- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
