Job Overview:
Higher Love is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our strong and collaborative team. Under the supervision of Marketing Director, this position is instrumental in the Marketing Team’s overall efficacy. The Marketing Coordinator will support the team’s efforts with a variety of critical administrative needs, using top-notch organizational skills to coordinate project logistics. At times, this role will also perform project management duties, ensuring that team projects remain on track and that goals are met. The Marketing Coordinator will also help in managing social media platforms, working to produce content and craft messaging in line with the Higher Love brand identity. Above all else, the Marketing Coordinator will be a highly organized team player with exceptional communication skills. Primary Responsibilities :

• Support marketing team as a key resource for both administrative and project management needs.

• For both day-to-day needs as well as campaigns, coordinate logistics for ordering and distribution of marketing collateral, payment processing and more.

• Maintain channels of internal correspondence, including shared email inboxes.

• Field marketing requests and relay to Marketing Director.

• Maintain a high level of organization for the team’s physical and digital assets.

• On a regular basis, perform project management activities, checking in with team members and offering support to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

• Management of social media platforms • Distribute press releases

• Maintain centralized database for team contacts

• Occasional copywriting

• Compile and present data analytics as needed.

• Assist with event coordination as needed.

• Create weekly team meeting agendas and record, distribute meeting minutes.

• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some familiarity with cannabis and the industry is a plus but not critical
• A positive, enthusiastic team-player attitude.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
• Must have reliable source of transportation.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to travel locally when necessary.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 21 years or older

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
