QUALIFICATIONS • A passion for people • Experience in hospitality or retail preferred • High school diploma required; • Knowledge of POS systems • Ability to work with individuals from a wide variety of ethnic, cultural, and economic backgrounds • Ability to identify and positively resolve guest inquiries as they arise; strong decision making skills necessary.
