JOB TITLE:
Gift Agreement Coordinator
JOB PURPOSE:
The Gift Agreement Coordinator is responsible for preparing documents used for closing new gifts and commitments such as student scholarships, department/college excellence funds, and faculty support funds. The Gift Agreement Coordinator works directly with the Gift Administration Department and the Development Department to create new gift agreements and other related documentation. In this capacity, the coordinator will implement best practices for gift documentation, provide training to colleagues and staff, draft, review and proofread agreements, and track agreements through the signing process.
Moreover, this position will communicate and coordinate with University of Wyoming staff to request and establish new gift funds. This position ensures accuracy and clarity of agreements and accounts and works with the Gift Administration and Financial Services teams to administer the funds correctly. The Gift Agreement Coordinator will ensure all processes and documentation are consistent with University of Wyoming and University of Wyoming Foundation policies and practices.
