Royal Suites Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Director of Admissions to join our team. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of admissions at Galloway, NJ. The director will develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals, physicians and the community to drive patient referral efforts. Previous experience as an Admissions Director preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Grow new referral opportunities in hospitals and other sources
• Act as director between facility and referral sources
• Convert referrals to new admissions
• Coordinate admissions with facility team
• Ensure admission documentation is completed accurately and timely
• Oversee the admissions process from start to finish.
• Review all financial forms and ensure it is correctly processed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
• Assist in developing and implementing new admission policies and procedures as needed.
